There’s nothing worse than having an unexpected tech nightmare, or needing help getting a new laptop up and running for a new staff member. We offer an ad-hoc repair service where you can call our Helpdesk, we’ll set up a repair ticket and then one of our knowledgeable Technicians will get on with fixing your problem.
Our ad-hoc IT Support is done on a per-job charge basis, meaning we’ll assess the problem, work out what’s needed and then charge you a fixed fee for doing that repair. There’s no contracts or commitments for you to worry about – just access to our service on-demand when you need it.
