Terms & Conditions
- By purchasing and using the HFC Systems Big Small Business Package, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. Annual subscription. Minimum term of 12 months
- Package will be renewed automatically for an additional 12-month period at the end of each 12-month period unless 30-days written notice is served prior to the renewal date
- Basic set-up assistance will be given – support outside of this initial set up may be chargeable. Basic set-up includes registration, 1 x remote session for device set up & tutorial, installation of email & telephone software on mobile. This must be completed at our premises on Stokesley Business Park. If we are required to come to you, an on-site visit will be chargable.
- Office License is for one user. License upgrades are available at an additional cost.
- Website design is valid for a 3-5 page web design. Bespoke features such as booking forms, e-commerce, or special requests will incur an additional charge.
- User log in information for the website can be provided. Where log in information is provided, HFC Systems are not responsible for any amended content of damages arising from it. Amendments or website repairs incurred as a result of user error will be chargeable.
- *2000 minutes applicable to UK 01/02 landlines & major mobile providers such as Vodafone / O2 (inc call codes 1289 / 1184 /1193 /1200 / 1218 /1240)
- Calls outside of this plan will be charged each month via an additional invoice which will be raised and emailed in advance of payment being taken.
- HFC Systems reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Big Small Business Package at any time. Notice of such modifications will be provided in advance whenever possible.
- HFC Systems shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Big Small Business Package
